Thesis Statement
When you step in a college, the first thing you may consider is the place you’ll be calling home. You have two options which are living a dormitory or sharing an apartment with your friends. People may have a completely different lifestyle depending on their choice; however he/she can find some similarities at the same time.

1st Topic Sentence
First of all, living in an apartment, one has more freedom to do what they want,but living in dormitory one will has less.
Examples
--People can invite friends to stay overnight without disturbing roommates.
--One can study late at night without moving gingerly.

2nd Topic Sentence
Additionally, compares to living in residence hall, the cost of living in an apartment is lower.
Examples
--People can share the house rent blues with your roommates, which is only 85% to 90% of the price in dormitory.
--On the other hand, you don’t need to choose the meal plan in school which is much higher than cook for oneself.

3rd Topic Sentence
Finally, they also share some similarity at the same time.
Example
--People have to share the bathroom with others regardless of living in apartment or dorm.
